Ingredients

- Honey or brown sugar to sweeten.
Preparation mode
Sanitize the ginger well with plenty of running water. Then bring the water to a boil and add the ginger cut into pieces.
With the pot covered, over low heat, wait about 10 minutes. Before turning off, add honey or sugar to sweeten. Afterwards, just strain, wait for it to cool a little and ingest.
Ginger tea with chamomile
Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons (dessert) of chamomile;
- 1 liter of water;
- Honey or brown sugar to sweeten.
Preparation mode
Bring the water to a boil and add the chopped ginger. With the pot covered, over low heat, wait about 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add the chamomile, honey or brown sugar to sweeten. Then, just strain, wait for it to cool down a bit and the drink is ready to be taken.

Ingredients
- 3 inches of fresh ginger;
- Peel of a small pineapple;
- 1 lemon;
- 1 liter of water;
- Honey or brown sugar to sweeten.

The first step is to sanitize the ginger and pineapple peel. In the latter, you can even use a brush to assist in the process.
Bring the water to a boil and add the chopped ginger and pineapple. With the pot covered, over low heat, wait about 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add honey or brown sugar to sweeten. After that, strain the drink and wait for it to cool. If you prefer, you can use a little mint or mint.
