Gout disease is scientifically known as gouty arthritis. It is an arthritis that happens due to an increase in uric acid in the body. honey and comfrey

Change in food
Try to consume plenty of vegetables, vegetables and fruits rich in vitamin C, such as oranges, strawberries, tomatoes, melon, potatoes, raw vegetables and kiwi fruit, as these help to clean the body. rosemary tea
Widely used for rejuvenation, rosemary tea is also useful in the treatment of gout. To prepare, use a proportion of one cup of dried coffee for every 500 ml of water. Put the water in a container and heat it. When it comes to a boil, place the leaves in the pan and turn off the heat. Let stand covered for approximately 15 minutes. Consume between 3 and 4 cups between meals. Attention: consumption is contraindicated for pregnant women and patients with allergies or gastrointestinal problems.
