Back pain is a common health problem that affects mostly middle-aged and elderly people, but it can also affect younger people. This symptom can be caused by a variety of reasons, the main causes being spinal problems, pneumonia or kidney stones. To differentiate the cause of pain, it is necessary to observe its characteristics and the region of the back that is affected.

Most of the time, back pain has a muscular origin and arises due to tiredness, weight lifting or poor posture.

Teas can be used to treat a variety of health conditions, including back pain.

Back pain and its causes

Back pain can be so severe that it prevents you from performing even the simplest of everyday tasks. The good news is that there are some natural treatments that can alleviate symptoms, including teas.

It is necessary to emphasize that, if the pain appears suddenly, is very intense or with other symptoms, such as fever or difficulty moving, the doctor should be consulted immediately.

Back pain usually indicates the presence of a muscle injury, especially after going to the gym. Other causes for this type of pain include poor diet, lack of physical activity, arthritis, excessive physical work, poor posture, and pregnancy.
