Tea recipes to control hair loss

Infusion for fall and white hair

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 grated carrot with skin
  • 1 grated apple with skin
  • ¼ of chopped lemon with rind

Way of preparing:

Bring the water to a boil and as soon as it comes to a boil, turn off the heat and add the remaining ingredients. Let the drink steep until it cools, strain and drink afterwards. It’s important to drink everything throughout the day, but times can vary.

basil tea

Ingredients:

  • chopped basil
  • chopped plantain
  • chopped leather hat
  • 1 liter of water

Way of preparing:

onion tea

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 small chopped onion
  • brown sugar/honey
  • 1 cup of water

Way of preparing:

Boil the chopped onion pieces with water for a few minutes. Turn off the fire, strain and wait for it to warm. Sweeten tea with brown sugar or honey and drink up to three times a day.

*Fresh onion pieces can be substituted for dry vegetable husks and the results are the same.

jaborandi tea

Ingredients:

  • crushed jaborandi leaves
  • 1 liter of water

Way of preparing:

Put the water in a pan and add 3 tablespoons of the crushed herb leaves. Let it cook while it doesn’t boil and once it starts to boil, wait for another three or four minutes before turning off the heat. Remove from stove, cover and let stand for 10 minutes. After this time, strain and drink 2-3 cups throughout the day.

*This tea can also be applied to the hair as a lotion.
