- Establish regular eating and sleeping habits;
- Start a diet rich in magnesium and the amino acid tryptophan;
- Make dietary changes, eliminate foods that can trigger headache problems;
- Avoid drinking fermented beverages;
- Don’t expose yourself too much to the sun and glare;
- Do not stay in places that are freshly painted or contain chemical solvents.
