- With the onion – Put a cup of water in a non-aluminum pan and heat. As soon as it comes to a boil add a tablespoon of chopped onion and let it boil for three minutes. Once the tea is warm, strain and drink. It can be sweetened with brown sugar.
- With the skin – In a pan, place the skins of an onion, a cup of water and cook. Simmer for about ten minutes and strain as soon as it cools. Drink normally and sweeten with brown sugar if you prefer.
