Avocado seed tea
Ingredients
- 1 avocado seed;
- 1 liter of water;
- Sugar, sweetener or honey to taste (optional).
Preparation and consumption
To make the drink, you can use fresh stone, freshly taken from the avocado, or an already dried stone, which can be whole, cut into several pieces or powdered. In any case, the ideal is for the stone to be skinless and cut into pieces or powder, as this way its active principles will be easily absorbed by the water.
The preparation is very simple, just add the water and the stone in a pot or teapot, place it on low heat and let it boil for about 10 minutes. After that, let it rest for another 10 minutes and then just strain and serve. Ideally, tea should be taken in the morning, before eating, and before going to sleep.
