One of the most common ways to prepare the fern to solve health problems is through tea. For this you will need 1 tablespoon of dried fern root and 600 ml of filtered water. Bring the water to boil in a container with a lid. This will help in the beverage preparation process.
As soon as the water starts to bubble, turn off the heat and add the fern root. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes. This time will help the plant release all nutrients into the water. After that, just use a sieve to separate the plant from the liquid.
