Eucalyptus, rosemary and sage are among the herbs indicated to treat this problem. Check out!
In the case of acute sinusitis, the symptoms are severe pain that varies from throbbing to a feeling of heaviness or pressure in the head. In addition, it involves nasal obstruction in most cases, with the presence of yellow or greenish secretions that can cause difficulty breathing, fever, tiredness, runny nose, cough, muscle pain and loss of appetite.
In the case of chronic sinusitis, the symptoms are basically the same, but there is an even greater intensity.
What to do?
It is important to find a way to dilute this secretion so that it can be eliminated more easily. The process usually starts with colds and flu, and during this period you can, in addition to drinking a lot of water, use a saline solution in the nostrils, dripping 2-3 drops of solution several times a day.
To prepare this solution, put:
1 liter of water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Boil the water and add salt and sugar. Then wait to warm up.
