With antioxidant properties, ginger increases immunity and prevents disease.
– A liter and a half of water;
– 2 tablespoons of ginger;
– 1 slice of lemon;
Method of preparation:
Put the ingredients in the water and let it boil for a period of 15 minutes. Strain and, if you prefer, sweeten with honey.
Rich in vitamin C, strawberry acts to prevent infections and flu, in addition to having anthocyanin, an antioxidant that combats premature aging of the skin.
As it is a diuretic, the fruit is also indicated for individuals who suffer from fluid retention or high blood pressure.
– 8 strawberries;
– 1 piece of cinnamon stick;
– 2 clove teeth;
– Half a liter of water.
Wash the strawberries well and mash them with a fork. Bring the water to a boil along with the cinnamon and cloves. Add the crushed strawberries and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and, if you prefer, sweeten with honey.

– 5 tablespoons of dried papaya leaves;
– 1 liter of water.
Boil the water together with the leaves for a period of 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and smother it. Strain and, if you prefer, sweeten with honey.
Rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber, hibiscus tea helps to deflate, as it combats fluid retention in the body.
– 2 tablespoons full of dried hibiscus;
– 1 liter of water.
Bring a liter of water to the fire and, as soon as you start to raise the first little bubbles, add the two tablespoons of dried hibiscus. You can also use 2 tea sachets.
Turn off the heat, cover and let it rest for a period of five minutes (10 maximum). Strain then.
