Cruise vine tea: methods of preparation and use

It is possible to prepare this drink in two different ways, but both use the roots of the herb. So, the first way is through the decoction of the roots, which before being mixed with a liter of water, need to be ground. After this process, heat the two ingredients and let them boil for 15 minutes. Then just drink. The tip is not to exceed the dosage of three cups a day.

The second way to make the Cruzeiro vine tea is through the infusion of the powder from its roots. So, just put half a liter of water on the fire and after the boiling state add the powder. The pot should be covered while the tea is infusion, for 10 minutes, then just drink it.

Contraindications and side effects

The vine cruise tea should not be ingested by pregnant and lactating women, considering that the properties of the plant and its active principles can affect the development of the fetus and alter the taste of breast milk.

In addition, it is recommended that the patient seek medical advice before starting a treatment, even if it turns out to be natural. In the case of vine tea, for example, the use needs to be done in a moderate way, considering that the excess can cause diarrhea or nausea.
