Horsetail tea with pineapple

– 1 liter of water
– 50 g of fresh horsetail branches
– 100 g of pineapple peel

Boil 1 liter of water, after boiling, turn off the stove and add the 50 g of fresh horsetail branches and the 100 g of pineapple peel. Wait for 10 minutes, strain and drink tepid tea from two to three cups of tea a day.

Horsetail tea bath to treat rheumatism

– 3 handfuls of dried horsetail stalks
– A bathtub half full of water
