  • Half a cup of cold milk;
  • 75 ml of water;

  • A scoop of vanilla ice cream;
  • Caramel syrup.

Boil the 75 ml of water with a teaspoon of matcha and let it cool. Mix the matcha tea with half a cup of iced milk. Then add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and mix.

To the bottom of the glass add the caramel sauce. Serves iced tea at lunchtime for the whole family. Besides being very tasty, the matcha consumed will be very good for everyone’s health.

Important: The consumption of matcha recommended by specialists is 15 to 20 grams per day.
