The Benefits of Moroccan Mint Tea

Moroccan Mint Tea Recipe
Ingredients:
– 1 tablespoon of green tea mixture;
– 2 tablespoons of sugar;
– 1 mint sauce;
– 5 cups of boiling water.
Preparation mode:
Put the green tea leaves in the teapot (if you don’t have a Moroccan, use one that can be fired). Boil the water separately. Put just one cup of boiling water in the teapot. Let the tea soak for 30 seconds.
Put the tea in a cup or cup and set aside. Pour another cup of boiling water into the teapot and shake the container in a circular motion for 5 seconds. Throw this water away.
Add the mint, sugar, the first cup of tea in the pot and fill to the top with boiling water. Place the teapot on the stove over medium heat and then reduce to a low heat for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve a cup or a cup of tea. Return the liquid from this cup to the teapot and stir. Repeat the process two more times. Garnish with a few mint leaves and serve.
