On Valentine’s Day, create a healthy, light and romantic environment with teas that, in addition to being beneficial to health, can be aphrodisiacs.
rose petal tea
What is more romantic than a rose? The tea is made from dehydrated flower buds, making a fragrant, light and low-calorie drink.
Preparation method:
You can make rose tea with fresh or dried petals. For dry ones, use up to 2 teaspoons of leaves to 1 cup of warm water just before boiling. Allow the tea to steep for three minutes.
For tea made with fresh roses, use two cups of petals, removing the white part from the base and combining with three cups of water. Heat water and petals to a boil for five minutes, then strain. You can sweeten it with a little honey or sugar.
