1. Separate one dessert spoon of dry white mistletoe;
2. Boil a cup of tea of water;
3. Insert the white mistletoe when the water comes to a boil;
4. Turn off the pan and let it settle;
5. Wait 5 to 10 minutes;
6. Strain;
7. Take up to twice a day.
Remember: frail pregnant women, children and elderly people cannot use any substance without authorization and medical recommendation.
