The main symptoms are pain during the menstrual period, pain in the abdomen for a week or two before menstruation, pain during sexual intercourse, urination and bowel movements, excessive bleeding during the menstrual period, fatigue and infertility.
Treatment
Treatment can be done with the use of pain medications and to prevent the disease from advancing, in addition to hysterectomy to remove the two ovaries and surgery to remove the affected areas. There are, however, some natural remedies that can help.
Teas and natural remedies
Pineapple and apple juice
Ingredients:
1 slice of peeled pineapple
1 apple
1 cup of apple flavored soy juice
Preparation mode:
Place pineapple and apple in a juice extractor and mix with soy juice. Drink immediately. The recommended dose is a glass of this juice, daily, for two weeks. Rest for a week and repeat.
chamomile tea
Chamomile tea is effective in relieving the pain that is caused by endometriosis.
Ingredients:
1 cup water
2 tablespoons chamomile
Preparation method:
Put the two ingredients in a container and bring to the fire. When it starts to boil, set it for 5 minutes and then turn it off. Consume when you feel the pain that is caused by endometriosis.
ginger tea
Ginger helps relieve one of the symptoms of endometriosis, nausea.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons ginger
1 cup of water
Preparation method:
Put the water and ginger in a container and bring to the fire. When it starts to boil, set it for 5 minutes and then strain and consume. One cup is enough to help relieve nausea.
Vitex tea
Vitex tea helps reduce the symptoms of endometriosis as it is able to regulate female hormones.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of the herb
1 liter of water
Preparation mode:
Add both ingredients in a container and heat. Once it starts boiling, time it 4 minutes and then turn it off. Cover the mixture for 10 minutes and then simply strain and consume.
