Very coveted tree, especially in boat building thanks to its wood, elm can also be used in alternative medicine
A good example of this type of tree is the elm, which is also known as an elm or elm. Typical of Europe, this tree can reach an incredible 40 meters in height and because it has a very resistant wood, similar to oak, it is widely used in the production of furniture and boats.
Thanks to these qualities, the other parts of the plant go unnoticed, but surprisingly, all the other components have health benefits.

I prepare and consume
Because it is the bark, which is a “harder” part than the leaves or flowers, which are normally the ingredient used in the preparation of teas, this drink must be made through the decoction process, which consists of already placing the component in the water even before it boils. Just put everything into a pot or pan and let it boil for about five minutes.
After that, cover the container and let it rest for another five minutes. Drink three cups of tea throughout the day. To improve the flavor, just sweeten the drink with sugar, sweetener or honey, the latter being the most recommended for improving the flavor of teas.
