chamomile tea
To prepare chamomile tea, take a glass of 200 ml of water, add two teaspoons of the herb, boil and then let it rest for 10 minutes. Afterwards, strain and take half an hour before bedtime to sleep.
lime tea
This tea must be prepared by boiling 600 ml of water plus 300g of herb leaves. Once the infusion is ready, strain and let it rest for 10 minutes. The consumption of this tea should be done three times a day in doses of 200 ml.
valerian tea
