Ingredients

  • 1 liter of water
  • 10 grams of plant

Method of preparation

Bring the water to a boil and add the plant. After the water has boiled, turn off the heat and smother the container for about ten minutes. Aim to consume three cups of tea daily. If the problem is in the throat or mouth, gargle with the drink.

Contraindication to terrestrial ivy tea

The plant should only be used in the dry form sold in herbalists. Using it fresh can be toxic. Therefore, avoid this form of consumption.

Ingestion of the plant is contraindicated for pediatric use. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also avoid ingesting terrestrial ivy tea under any circumstances.

Land ivy should also not be consumed concomitantly with pennyroyal, as it can cause a toxic effect. So be very careful and avoid this type of mixture.
