The free womb is a plant that can be easily found in the Amazon. As far as its properties are concerned, it can be widely used in the treatment or cure of some diseases.

One of the main ways to combine the use of the species with some of the health treatments presented above comes from the preparation of tea.

The drink is made from the leaves and combats problems such as menstrual and intestinal colic, rheumatism, digestive problems, stomach pain, diarrhea, bleeding and nausea.

To prepare it you will need 200 ml of filtered water and a tablespoon of dried or fresh leaves . To start the preparation, take a pot with a lid and bring the water to a boil. As soon as it starts bubbling, add the leaves and turn off the heat. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
