Pimples and blackheads affect the face, neck, back and arms; learn to treat them in a natural and homely way
Acne treatment
Pimples and blackheads are responsible for low self-esteem in some people. To avoid these constraints, certain precautions must be taken into account, such as keeping the skin away from impurities, making a daily deep cleaning in the skin region and, of course, using suitable products for these activities.
On the other hand, lack of patience is the cause of pimple marks, because by not waiting for the right time for these eruptions to dry, many end up bursting and thus leaving a scar. Therefore, it is necessary to calm down to avoid blemishes after acnes. This is a dermatological problem and when it appears on a large scale, it must be monitored by a dermatologist, especially in the case of pregnant women or women during breastfeeding periods.
Natural Remedy To Treat Acne
Ingredients
- A lettuce leaf;
- Half a liter of water.
Method of preparation and use
This home remedy is a tea made by boiling a lettuce leaf in half a liter of water. First, chop the lettuce into small pieces and place them in a container with water. Bring the ingredients to low heat and simmer for a few minutes. Then remove from heat, let it cool and strain so that you can only use the liquid.
This tea is not to be drunk, but to be used as a compress directly on inflamed pimples. With the help of a cotton, soak it in the drink and apply it to the affected area. Always administer the tea and cotton wool every 15 minutes, three to four times a day, for as long as necessary for relief.
If this treatment has not had an effect on pimples and blackheads, and they are still inflamed, the best option is to see a dermatologist. There are cases where acne needs to be treated with antibiotics and only a specialist to indicate the best remedy in these cases.
