The skin suffers in all seasons of the year for different factors, but it is in summer and winter that we need to pay more attention to the skin’s needs, as excessive heat can harm it, as well as cold, more intensely.

The skin

Many people are unaware, but the skin is an organ of our body and, by the way, the biggest of all. It acts as a protection for the body against environmental attacks and, therefore, contrary to what many people think, taking care of it is essential not only for aesthetic reasons.

If you don’t like prepackaged creams, or prefer not to use them for any other reason, there are ways to keep your skin hydrated and well cared for year-round. Those with the most sensitive skin should be extra careful.
