Having a tanned skin is the dream of many people’s consumption and for that people don’t measure efforts. Thus, they end up being exposed to the sun for a long period of time and without proper protection, causing serious problems in the epidermis, such as skin cancer, the most common type of this disease.Others, however, to achieve the tan effect on the skin undergo chemical procedures, such as artificial tanning. However, in addition to not being so healthy for skin cells, it is often an expensive process that leaves the skin an orange hue.

But, there is a natural, cheap and homemade way to make the skin a darker tone. For this, you only need to prepare a black tea and apply it to the body.

Black tea to tan the skin

In the supermarket or pharmacies you can find black tea bags, when you find them buy at least 10. When you get home, boil a liter of water and as soon as the liquid boils, turn off the heat.

Add the sachets to a thermos container and pour in the boiled water. Then cover the reservoir tightly and wait for approximately 20 minutes.

After the specified time, remove the bags and place the ready tea in a spray bottle so that it can be better applied to the desired areas. It is noteworthy that the tea should only be sprinkled when it is cold, so as not to damage the skin.

Apply in parts, if starting with the legs, dedicate special time for the whole area to receive the tea. Spray and with the other hand, spread the solution so that it reaches the body evenly. A useful piece of information is that if you apply it after bathing, the tea’s effectiveness in tanning the skin is even more pronounced.

If over tea, you can keep it in the fridge for up to a month. After this time, the drink does not work as effectively.

An interesting tip is to add some elements to the infusion, such as almond oil and some essence of your choice. In this way, you can leave your skin tanned, hydrated and even more fragrant.
