The list of possible triggers for an allergy is long; mold, pollen, dust, certain foods, chemicals, insect bites, animal hair, among many others. A person who is experiencing an attack may have symptoms such as: itching, burning or redness in the skin, eyes or nose, runny nose, sneezing or coughing.
But there are more serious cases of allergies that can lead to anaphylactic shock, loss of consciousness and difficulty breathing. Sometimes the crisis can be fatal.
Some anti-allergy medications help in the treatment and control of allergies (consult an allergist for this). But there are some natural products that can also be an important weapon in the fight against such crises.
Discover tea recipes that can considerably reduce attacks.
