Plantain tea
Ingredients
- 15g of plantain leaves;
- 500ml of boiling water.
preparation mode
Boil the water and add the herb. Cover, let cool and drink after straining. The consumption recommendation is 2 cups of this tea a day.
chamomile tea
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon of the dried herb;
- 1 cup of hot water.
preparation mode
Put the herb in a pot and then pour the water on top. Cover and let stand 10 minutes. Strain and drink.
elderberry tea
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of dried elderflower flowers;
- 1 cup of water.
preparation mode
Add a tablespoon of dried elderflower flowers to a cup of boiling water and let it steep for 10 minutes. Strain and drink three cups of this tea a day.
basil tea
Ingredients
- 10 basil leaves;
- 1 liter of water.
preparation mode
In a container, bring the water to the fire. Wait until it reaches boiling point and then turn off. Add the washed and sanitized basil leaves and then cover. Let it sit for a period of approximately ten minutes – or until it becomes warm – and then strain and consume.
