Ingredients
– 10 bay leaves;
– 4 slices of ginger;
– 1 handful of rosemary;
– 1 handful of chamomile flower;
– Half a liter of water.
preparation mode
Bring the water to a boil. When it is boiling, add the ingredients and bring to a boil. After 10 minutes, strain and drink 1 cup of tea 3 times a day.
