How to make tea from a pitcher
Jar tea can be prepared using the roots and aerial parts of the plant. For this you will need 300 ml of filtered water and 10 grams of the plant part. Bring the water to a boil. Once it is bubbling, turn off the heat and add part of the pitcher.
Make the container used in the preparation rest, with a lid, for about 10 minutes. After this time, remove the part of the plant with the help of a sieve and the drink is ready to be consumed. The indication is that the daily consumption does not exceed three cups.
