Ginkgo biloba tea
Boil a liter of water and with the fire still on, add two tablespoons of the ginkgo biloba herb. After it comes to a boil, cover the mixture and wait for approximately 10 minutes. To improve cases of varicose veins, the ideal is to drink two to three cups of this infusion per week. Follow the treatment as long as necessary.
Herbal combo
This tea is a blend of herbs with similar potential, as they are all effective in treating dilated veins. So, in a liter of water, put a tablespoon of each herb below: plantain, rosemary and burdock. Bring the mixture to the fire and allow it to boil. Then cover the tea and let it brew for 10 minutes. The right dosage is two to three cups a day.
