Discover the miraculous tea and some juices that can help prevent and treat seasickness, whether it is caused by poor digestion, excessive food or alcoholic beverages.
Tea for food and drink sickness
In specific cases, such as when nausea is caused by eating too much food or alcohol, you can use teas such as mint and fennel.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons fennel
1 tablespoon mint green leaves
500 ml water
Preparation mode:
Put the three ingredients in a container and bring to the fire. When the water starts to boil, set it for five minutes, then turn off the heat. Leave to rest covered until warm and then strain and consume during the day.
Another option is boldo tea from Chile, which can be used for battered liver for the same reasons: food and alcoholic beverages. You can buy the herb and follow the guidelines or buy the tea in sachets.
Juices for bad digestion
You can even use some juices that can help in these situations. Lemon juice, for example, can be used to treat inflammation of the stomach, small and large intestines, as well as helping to treat intestinal colic and gas, body heat and low-grade fevers, infections and diarrhea.
Pineapple juice with ginger and mint, in turn, is very useful for cases of indigestion, especially meat. It can also be used to treat excess fatty foods and gas. Melon juice is very helpful for people with a hangover, but it’s also great for treating nausea and dehydration (whether it’s caused by too much alcohol or diarrhea).
Finally, coconut water is an excellent natural medicine. In addition to being very tasty, coconut water helps to replenish water and mineral salts, as well as vitamins and sugars for individuals who have had significant fluid losses, whether through vomiting or diarrhea. It can also be used for those who are unable to eat as a result of overeating and which caused discomfort.
