Ginger and orange tea
Ginger and orange tea is very indicated to treat the feeling of physical and mental tiredness, because ginger increases the mood and the orange peel helps in relaxation. To enjoy the benefits of this tea, just follow the following recipe:
– 1 cup of water;
– ½ tablespoon of grated ginger;
– ½ tablespoon of orange peel zest;
– 1 tablespoon of honey.
Put the water on the fire until it boils. Turn off the heat and add the ginger and orange peel, keeping muffled for 5 minutes. After this period, strain and sweeten with honey. Drink tea daily, fasting in the morning.
The ginseng-based tea helps combat the symptoms of fatigue (muscle, chronic) and tiredness.
– 1 dessert spoon of sliced ginseng root;
– 1 cup of water.
Bring the water to a boil and, after turning off the heat, add the pieces of ginseng root. Leave for approximately 10 minutes and strain the tea after it has cooled.
