What are the benefits of green tea?

Even in the form of a cake, green tea carries its benefits and can be enjoyed in the same way. Green tea, according to a study carried out in the United States, helps with weight loss, also reducing, in individuals who drink the drink, abdominal fat by 25% more than those who do not use the tea.

This is because such tea has thermogenic properties, which help to increase the speed of burning calories. It also has other factors that stimulate the detoxification of the body, improve the digestive process, reduce cholesterol, fight premature aging and improve memory.

According to researchers at the Center for Environmental Science and Health at the University of Rochester, green tea contains components that can nullify one of the main vectors of cancer caused by smoking.
