- 1 pack of light lemon flavored gelatin
- 4 tablespoons of green tea
- 1 cup of low-fat natural yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons light margarine
- 2 whites
- 1 whole egg
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sweetener for oven and stove
- 1 and 1/2 cup sifted wheat flour
Preheat the oven. Then mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Then put the green tea, yogurt, light margarine and eggs in a blender. Beat it well for approximately five minutes. After that, pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until it forms a homogeneous mixture. Grease the pan with the light margarine and add the dough. Place in the oven and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
In the recipe below, lemon juice, if you prefer, can be replaced by orange juice:
- 1 tablespoon of light sugar or sweetener for oven and stove
- 2 cups (of coffee) of lemon (or orange) juice
For the syrup, put the lemon or orange juice in a container and then add the sweetener. Mix well and then throw over the baked cake.
What are the benefits of green tea?
Even in the form of a cake, green tea carries its benefits and can be enjoyed in the same way. Green tea, according to a study carried out in the United States, helps with weight loss, also reducing, in individuals who drink the drink, abdominal fat by 25% more than those who do not use the tea.
This is because such tea has thermogenic properties, which help to increase the speed of burning calories. It also has other factors that stimulate the detoxification of the body, improve the digestive process, reduce cholesterol, fight premature aging and improve memory.
According to researchers at the Center for Environmental Science and Health at the University of Rochester, green tea contains components that can nullify one of the main vectors of cancer caused by smoking.
