Much is known about the benefits that guava has, but it is not just in the fruit that we find powerful medicinal properties. Its leaves (and guava bark) are capable of treating everything from a simple toothache to a sexually transmitted disease such as thrush.
Guava leaves and bark have long been used by indigenous peoples as a source of cure and disease prevention. Currently, several researches have proven the power that the plant has, being widely used in alternative medicine.
