Decoction to relieve chilblains
The purpose of this tea is not to be drunk, but to serve as a foot bath. The properties that the plant has, such as that of antioxidant and for decreasing the permeability of blood capillaries, thus managing to reduce edemas, make it a great ally of people who have chilblains. In addition, this recipe also serves to alleviate pain in the legs, for which it is necessary to leave them submerged.
Ingredients
- Five dessert spoons of red vine leaves;
- Five cups of water.
Preparation mode
Mix ingredients and boil for 10 minutes. Then let the substance rest for another 10 minutes, strain and when it is warm, bathe your feet in a basin once a day, preferably at night. In this way, the chilblain will gradually disappear in a few weeks.
Toning combination for varicose veins
Unlike tea made for chilblains, this one must be drunk. This infusion, which combines the red vine with other plants, has the ability to improve poor circulation in the lower extremities and reduce the appearance of inflammation in the vein wall. Furthermore, it is effective in treating heavy leg pain, tingling and muscle cramps.
Ingredients
- Witch Hazel;
- Gilbardeira;
- Golden rod;
- Red vine;
- Water;
- Honey or sugar.
Preparation mode
Mix equal amounts of all herbs in a container. Then pour a spoonful of this mixture into a cup of boiled water. Wait for 10 minutes, strain and then sweeten as you like. To feel the effects more accurately and effectively, take three cups of tea, in the periods after meals. The only recommendation is not to exceed treatment for more than three months.
