Iced green tea with ginger

To make this drink, just use a piece of fresh ginger, a liter of water, four teaspoons of green tea and the juice of a lemon. Use the ginger without the skin, cut it and heat it with the water and wait for it to boil. Then add the green tea and let the mixture steep for approximately five minutes. If you prefer to sweeten it with honey and only when it is cold, add the lemon. Leave the liquid in the refrigerator and serve only when it is cold.
Lemon balm iced tea with mint
For those who want a tea that relieves digestive disorders, helps to cleanse toxins from the blood and is useful to eliminate waste, the lemon balm with mint iced tea is recommended. In this case, the first plant, in addition to acting in situations already described, relieves headaches, combats gas and even improves the quality of sleep. The second acts to reduce intestinal and stomach pain.
If you want to prepare this drink, have at hand two cups of minced lemon balm (tea), a cup of mint (tea) and a liter of water. Bring the water to the fire and wait for it to boil. Then pour the contents over the other ingredients and let it steep for five minutes. Wait for it to cool, sweeten if you prefer and serve with ice cubes.
‘Apple iced tea’
