tea for father’s day

Black tea with mint

Black tea is a great drink for those who want to start the day wide awake, as it contains caffeine. You can serve black tea in a traditional way or add a wonderful mint flavor to it.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of black tea
  • 2 sprigs of mint
  • Honey, brown sugar or sweetener
  • 200ml of water

preparation mode

Bring the water to a boil and in the meantime wash the mint and branches. Then place all the mint sprigs and the black tea sachet into the cup and pour in the boiled water. Leave to steep for five minutes. Sweet as you like.

green tea

If you’re not a big fan of black tea and think it’s too strong for the time, make a green tea that will go perfect on your Father’s Day breakfast tray. A great suggestion is to combine it with orange juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon (if dessert) of green tea leaves
  • 200ml of water

Preparation mode

Boil the water. Once boiled, add the green tea leaves and cover for approximately 3 minutes. Strain the tea and drink it without sweetening.

mallow tea

Mallow tea is a great wake-up call as it is known to ward off fatigue, tiredness and laziness.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of chopped mallow leaves
  • 1 (dessert) spoon of chamomile flowers
  • 200 ml of water

preparation mode

Boil the water and add the rest of the ingredients. Smother it for 3 minutes. Strain before serving.
