Tea is a healthy drink, but during breastfeeding some types should be avoided. Know which teas can and cannot be taken.
In addition to always seeking to eat healthy foods, rich in protein, calcium, iron and vitamins, the mother should avoid eating certain foods that can harm the milk, change its taste and even cause colic, diarrhea and other problems in the baby.
