Preparation mode:
Put the water in a container and heat it. Add the apple in the chosen form and then turn it off when it starts to boil. Cover the container and let it rest for 10 minutes, straining and then consuming, without sweetening.
Tea from guava leaves or pulp
Ingredients:
– 2 or 3 leaves of the tree or 1 cup of pulp chips
– 1 liter of water
Preparation mode:
Put the water in a container and heat it, adding the leaves or pulp afterwards. When the mixture starts to boil, turn off the heat and cover. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, then strain and consume.
Pomegranate peel tea
Ingredients:
– 1 cup of sanitized pomegranate peels
– 1 liter of water
Preparation mode:
Put the two ingredients in a container and bring to the fire. When it starts to boil, cover and turn off, allowing the mixture to rest for a period of approximately 10 minutes or until it becomes warm. After that, just strain and consume.
