Basil, cloves and an amazing natural recipe can help people who have a headache on a regular basis.
Tea Recipes to Eliminate Headache
1. Herbal combo
Ingredients:
- One tablespoon of lemon balm;
- One tablespoon of marigold;
- One tablespoon of chamomile;
- Two glasses of fresh water.
Preparation mode:
Start by putting the water to a boil and after the boiling process pour it into a container that contains all the herbs in the recipe. Cover and let the mixture simmer for approximately 10 minutes. After the specified time, strain the drink and, if you prefer, sweeten it with honey. The tip is to consume a cup twice a day.
2. Basil tea
Simple and efficient, this is basil tea. To prepare it and put a stop to severe headaches, you need at least one teaspoon of this herb and two glasses of water. Bring the ingredients to the fire and allow to boil. Then leave the container capped for five minutes. Finish by straining and drink only one cup during the day.
3. Clove tea
With five cloves and a liter of water, it is possible to prepare a tea that will alleviate the worst headaches. To do this, take a container, add the spices and then the water. Then bring everything to the fire and wait for the liquid to come to a boil. After boiling, turn off the heat and let the mixture simmer until it warms. Finish by straining and without sweetening, drink a cup of this tea twice a day.
Contraindications of these teas
Despite being natural products, herbs also have contraindications in some situations. For example, consumption of calendula should be avoided by people who have diarrhea and by pregnant women. These, in turn, should also avoid the consumption of basil, as it can cause harm to the child. In addition, chamomile, in high doses, can cause nausea and vomiting in people with sensitive bowels.
Therefore, follow the guidelines already mentioned and respect the daily consumption of each tea. If symptoms do not go away, intensify or other symptoms appear, seek medical attention or a health care facility nearest to you.
