Ingredients and method of preparation:
- 750 ml of water;
- 100 g of chopped fresh horsetail;
- Half chopped pineapple peel.
Bring all the ingredients to low heat and wait for the substance to start boiling. After the boiling state has been reached, turn off the heat, strain and drink the tea with added honey, if preferred. Drink up to three cups of this drink a day, the ideal consumption would be if it took place 30 minutes before main meals.
Ginger tea
Assumed thermogenic and very famous for that, ginger tea is ideal for those who want to burn the “terrible” localized fats. In this recipe, it is accompanied by chamomile and lemon balm, two herbs that help control anxiety and the compulsion for foods that facilitate weight gain.
Ingredients and method of preparation
- A piece of ginger;
- A cup of senna (used as a laxative);
- A cup of lemon balm;
- Half a cup of chamomile;
- One liter of water.
Start by bringing the water with all the herbs to the fire and reserve only the ginger. Leave on fire for half an hour. Then add the grated root and cover the container with a cloth. Wait until cool, strain and drink up to two cups a day. To improve the taste of the drink, you can add some mint leaves.
Thermogenic tea with pepper
Cinnamon, pepper and ginger. These are the secrets of thermogenic tea able to help those who want to eliminate excess belly. Even being made with natural products, this tea has a consumption restriction, that is, hypertensive ones. - One shallow teaspoon of powdered cayenne pepper;
- A tablespoon and a half (of soup) of ginger cut into small pieces;
- One teaspoon of ground turmeric;
- A Thai lemon cut into eight parts;
- Four carnations;
- Four cinnamon sticks;
- 300 ml of water.
Despite the large list of ingredients, the way of preparation is quite simple. All you have to do is put all the elements in the water, mix it well and then take it to the fire. Allow it to boil, turn off and cover the container for approximately five minutes. Then just strain and drink up to two cups a day, without adding sugar.
Turbo green tea
Suitable for weight loss, green tea makes the body spend more energy than natural and thus wears out localized fat. To make it supercharged, the recipe uses ginger, which, as discussed above, is a highly thermogenic element, and, therefore, a fat-burning accelerator.
Ingredients and method of preparation:
- A green tea sachet;
- Lemon slices;
- Ginger shavings.
Prepare green tea normally. Then add the ginger zest. Cover the container and wait five minutes. Then, just add the lemon slices and ingest. This last item serves to improve the flavor of the tea.
