Some teas can be very useful as a fertility treatment. Find out which teas can help you get pregnant.
Nettle-based teas
According to research, nettle is one of the plants that work in teas for getting pregnant, as it is rich in substances that tone and clean the uterus, providing a more favorable environment for the attachment of the egg. However, be careful with this ingredient, as it cleans the uterus, it can become abortifacient. Therefore, this tea should not be taken by women with suspected pregnancy.

Yam stimulates the production of male and female reproductive hormones and increases libido. To prepare this tea, use the husks of five yams for each liter of water and simmer for five minutes over a low heat.
dandelion tea
This acts on the woman’s body by increasing blood circulation in the lower abdomen, which favors the proliferation of eggs and helps to thicken the endometrium. To prepare this tea, put two tablespoons of the herb in 1 liter of water and bring to the fire. When it comes to a boil, cover the pan and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
