Method of preparation
Bring the water to a boil, cut the ginger into pieces and pour them into the water. Add the lemon juice to the pan, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Strain the drink and try to consume it when chest pains arise.

Alfalfa is another great natural way to relieve chest pain. That’s because the plant helps control cholesterol levels, prevents the buildup of pests in arteries, and even improves blood flow to the heart.

- 1 teaspoon of alfalfa leaves
- 200ml of water
Method of preparation
Bring the water to a boil and add the alfalfa leaves. Once boiled, turn off the heat and let the drink simmer for a few minutes, until it cools down a bit. Consume tea when symptoms start.
