Black tea has antioxidant powers, in addition to being a thermogenic that helps in slimming and combating premature skin aging. But did you know that, in addition to being an excellent weight-loss, it can also help in the treatment of thrush?

Canker sores

Canker sores are affections in the mouth that cause a lot of pain and discomfort that are normally triggered by the ingestion of highly seasoned foods, by the increased production of acids in the stomach, in addition to genetic factors and lack of vitamin B, iron and folic acid. The tea also has tannin, which is a substance that has an astringent action, which helps to relieve pain, in addition to accelerating healing. However, thrush can still be caused by a simple bite that we take on the inside of the cheek or on the tongue.

Black tea – Properties

Black tea has properties that help digestion, body hydration, and delay premature aging. In addition, it helps to reduce appetite, especially when consumed hot or warm, providing comfort in the stomach. Tea also speeds up metabolism, which is why it is widely consumed by those seeking to lose weight. However, it is important that it be consumed along with a balanced diet. The drink is quick and effective in the treatment of canker sores, as it has properties that help relieve pain and promote the healing process. Apply three times a day until the canker sores disappear completely.

Prepare tea with 200 ml of water and two sachets of black tea. Put the water in a mug and add the tea bags. Let it rest for a minute or two and apply the bags soaked in water over the sore and let it act for a period of between 10 and 15 minutes.

Typically, thrush takes approximately 1 or 2 weeks to completely disappear. If the appearance is recurrent, however, it is important that you consult a doctor for tests to identify the cause, for better treatment. Also, if thrush takes longer than two weeks to clear, a doctor should also be consulted.
