Ingredients:
– 75g of lemon balm;
– 20g of chamomile;
– 15g of mint;
– 300 ml of water.
Preparation mode:
Add all the plants in a pot of water and let it boil for a period of 10 minutes. Then strain and drink the tea three times a day.
Among the medicinal plants used in this tea, lemon balm has calming properties, reducing stress and fatigue and, consequently, improving mood.
White tea
Another drink indicated to improve mood is white tea, originating from the camellia sinensis plant , the same as green and black tea. This tea stands out for its antioxidant properties that help prevent cancer and degenerative brain diseases.
Due to the presence of an amino acid called L-theanine, white tea provides a feeling of well-being and relaxation, which improves mood.
