How to choose a good eggplant?

Choosing vegetables in good condition is essential for your assets to be present. Always try to pick the one with the darkest and brightest skin, without cracks, cuts, and that is firm. Storage takes place in a ventilated place with a mild temperature. In the refrigerator, it lasts for about one to two weeks, and outside, about four days.

Slimming tea has the same ingredients and way of preparing tea against bad cholesterol. Take an eggplant with leaves, cut into slices, without removing the skin, and pour it into a pan with 300 ml of water. Simmer for 15 minutes and then remove the pan from the heat. Leave covered until warm, then strain the tea. Pour the contents into a glass bottle, refrigerate until the next day and then start drinking slowly.
