This fruit is rich in fiber, carbohydrate, magnesium, sodium and potassium. This fruit is rounded and has a type of beak, is very sweet and its skin is thin and edible. There are several types of plums and each one of them has a different size, flavor and color, usually they are three to six centimeters wide.


Plum tea is very suitable for the treatment of constipation, but it also has other benefits. This tea is a source of vitamin A and C, so it strengthens the immune system, helps to reduce levels of bad cholesterol, fight anemia, arteriosclerosis, bronchitis, cold, cough and hoarseness.

You must put the water on the fire and then put the two spoons of the plum leaves. Bring to a boil and then turn off the heat. The tea should be smothered for approximately ten minutes. Drink two to three cups of this tea a day.
