There are days that are not easy, especially for those who have a very busy routine. In this sense, it is almost impossible to avoid the appearance of such uncomfortable headaches , or even, who knows, liver problems due to that meal made in haste or that did not go well.

With a view to minimizing these inconveniences, Naturopathic herbalist André Resende created a recipe, based on natural products, which promises to be a hit and miss. Some of these ingredients have properties that, if combined, bring a series of positive effects to the body.

Plants that solve the headache

Before knowing the recipe capable of ending migraines and liver problems, pay attention to the healing properties of some of the herbs used in the preparation of tea:

angelic plant

This species has a tonic and stimulating effect on the functions of the digestive system. It has sedative action, balancing the nervous system, digestive and spasmolytic. Among its benefits are the elimination of intestinal gas and fermentation, increased secretion of gastric juices and combating depression.

Dandelion

The plant is rich in vitamins, minerals, proteins and thiamine. It has a detoxifying effect, being used to clean the body. In the liver, the plant helps to remove toxins from the blood  and unclog the bile ducts.

pariparoba

The plant has essential oil in its leaves that is useful in aromatherapy. Furthermore, the treatment and control of free radicals has been studied through pariparoba due to its antioxidant properties .

Verbena

The herb has a calming effect and is used against nervousness and other stress-related intestinal or gastric disorders.
