In addition to promoting youth, teas also ensure the proper functioning of our body. See how to enjoy the benefits of tea.
Benefits of tea
A cup of tea can aid the digestion process, speed up metabolism, fight bloating and cut off excess hunger, in addition to invigorating.
Fights swelling
The accumulation of fluid in the body can be caused by excess salt or use of some medications, such as steroids and anti-inflammatory drugs. Corn hair tea, for example, is an excellent diuretic as it helps to regulate kidney and bladder functions, as well as fight leg swelling.
Against the appetite that goes beyond the limit
Herbs such as carqueja, espinheira-santa, leather hat, jurubeba, avocado, mackerel, bugre and fennel alleviate hunger that goes beyond the limits.
Experts also recommend white tea, which helps to detoxify and speed up metabolism, favoring fat burning.
natural tranquilizers
Some infusions act on the central nervous system and lower anxiety, working as a natural tranquilizer. Some recommended herbs are chamomile, rosemary, lemon balm, mint, lemongrass, jasmine and anise.
Teas for the skin
In addition to the benefits for the body, tea can also be a beauty ally, as it eliminates toxins, balances hydration and rejuvenates the face. Check out some treatments that can be done at home:
For pore dilation, toxin elimination and mineral replacement
Prepare a weak tea from dried pepper leaves (use the measure of a glass of water for a dry leaf). Dissolve a tablespoon of white or green clay in the warm, ready-made tea. When it is at a pleasant temperature, apply to the face, neck and cleavage. Leave to rest for a period of five minutes and remove with warm chamomile tea.
Hydration for oily or combination skin
Prepare a dry avocado leaf tea with mint leaf, using a glass of water to an avocado leaf and a small dry sprig of mint. Then, just soak the headbands in the liquid and apply on the face, neck and cleavage, for a period of 10 minutes. Remove the bands, wipe off excess and let the skin dry naturally.
Hydration for dry and normal skin
In a container, place two tablespoons of avocado pulp and one teaspoon of honey. Mix well and apply to face, neck and cleavage. Leave to act for 10 minutes, remove the excess and wash with plenty of warm water.
