- Two tablespoons of hibiscus;

- 1700 ml of water;
- 300 ml of lemon juice.

Tip
Depending on the type of mold used, you may encounter problems removing the popsicle. So, if the ice cream doesn’t come off easily, place the pan on a tray with some hot water.
