All these secondary factors are treated and eliminated by hibiscus tea, which can be found in health food stores or even in supermarkets. Associated with other herbs, this effect is reinforced and added to others, also beneficial in a balanced and healthy diet.
How to prepare hibiscus tea?
Take a liter of water and bring it to the fire until it comes to a boil. As soon as the first signs of boiling appear, add two tablespoons of dried hibiscus or two sachets. Cover the container and turn off the heat. Wait five to 10 minutes to strain and drink. The ideal is not to sweeten it, also considering that this drink already has a pleasant taste.
