It is, therefore, a chain of problems that are unleashed. It starts with anxiety, which leads the patient to present compulsion for food, a situation that can lead to possible fluid retention. In this sense, it is recommended to bet on mechanisms that can block the root of these problems, that is, anxiety .

For this, the naturopathic herbalist, André Resende, teaches how to prepare a tea capable of overcoming all these difficulties in the body.

These herbs can be found in supermarkets, health food stores or online, and also at city fairs. When finding them, however, it is important to pay attention to their compositions, especially those that are already packaged. There are sellers who place other parts of the plant along with the leaves to make the package fuller.

However, this practice disqualifies the medicinal properties of plants, which are only found in the leaves of these herbs. For this reason, seek to purchase products from reputable merchants and prefer herbs that are packaged at the time of purchase.
